An undeliverable email is returned from the system administrator (outlook2003,2007,2010,2013,2016,2019,Office 365)

When using Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013, or 2016, you may receive an undeliverable email from the system administrator.

This is a server or provider specification. Please change the settings as below.

If you do not see the screens or windows described, you will need to reinstall.

For Outlook2003,2007,

Open the "Account Settings" window by selecting "Tools" → "Accounts" in Outlook.

Select the email address you want to change and press Change.

The "Change Internet E-mail" window will open, so press the Advanced Settings button.

When the "Internet E-mail Settings" window opens, select the "Outgoing Server" tab.

Check "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" and select "Log in to the receiving mail server before sending mail" at the bottom.

Click OK and return to the "Internet E-mail Changes" window, then press the "Test Account Settings" button.

Now you can test whether you can send and receive emails using this email address, so once these two steps are completed, the setup is complete.

Return to the "Change email account" window and click "Next" → "Finish".

If you have multiple email addresses, please change all settings.

      Mr. Hick
      Thank you for your comment.
Which email address do you use?
I think the settings will be different if you use your provider's email address.
The e-mail address field is the "Change Internet E-mail" window.

Server error: '550 relaying denied by check_relay_rcpt plugin'
Comments like this have come back. I have completed the settings by checking the sending server and logging into the port 587 mail server, but I still cannot send, I can only receive. Why do emails sent to me arrive without any errors? Thank you

In this case, I think the solution is to check the "This server requires authentication" check box for the outgoing server. This is located on the Servers tab, under Outgoing Mail Server.

      Mr. Nobu Imagawa
      Thank you for your comment.

I'm curious about m035162.d, is it the part before the @?

There seem to be four causes for the error:
・Interfering with the transmission of security software
・The attached file size is too large
      - Rejecting emails from the sender's server or domain
・Email address does not exist or is incorrect
      Is that the answer?

When I sent it using Outlook 2020, I received the following information.
I assumed that the email had not been delivered to the recipient, but then I received a message from the recipient saying that the email had been received.
The recipient was accidentally (unintentionally) automatically inserted and removed from Cc, and the occurrence of this erroneous transmission was
This seems to be a problem related to the trust of the sending and receiving parties, but the important e-mail address of the system administrator is not displayed.
I have no way of contacting you. I would be very grateful if you could handle this on your website, so I would like to ask you about it.
Which server is the server error in this case?
